This officer's incremental dates are,
except for the years 1900 and 1916, unknown. In 1916 it was 1st April, and I have therefore taken 1st April as the incremental date from 1907 onwards. There is nothing to show what his incremental date was after 1900, as in 1901 he was placed on a new salary scale. I have therefore taken 1st January as the incremental date for the years 1901 to 1905.
